The evidence comes from his determination to have his legacy remembered in a manner that cannot be erased or for his name to be removed . The monument fits this criteria. And since the name was removed from the Kennedy Center he wants something impermeable. What better than a portrait in a side of the mountain.

Has anyone pursued a civil action against the owner of a dog that attacked another dog and person ?

Cannot find any actual justice for the accountability of the dog owners in my queries.

A friend and her dog were attacked this weekend by a neighborhood dog. Her dog is not going to make it despite many surgeries in past three days. The owners stopped paying the vet bills saying it looks like the dog is going to die anyway.

This is, at least, the second dog that will have died from the aggressive dog's actions. (City sidewalks both times)

Wondering if anyone has gone the court route seeking damages in this instance in Alberta. And how it turned out. TIA

Note: Thanks for the input. We already filed the report for animal control to investigate. And they cannot provide a legal opinion only deal with the owner/dog. It has no consequences for my friend/her dog nor the owners of the attacking dog.

We (M60F51) are getting married this July in Vegas. We welcome your suggestions on dog friendly hotel rooms ( Caesar properties ) and dog friendly marriage chapels.

We are on a budget - $450 / night for hotel x3 and wedding is just the three of us ( me / her / dog) .

Looking at Paris or Caesar Palace but open to any suggestions.

For chapels - as long as they are dog friendly and happy - we can work without or with an Elvis if necessary. Basic ceremony.

How are people successfully packaging and shipping fragile items - we are selling fine china dishes and settings (cups, saucers) as well as crystal vases. And do you use a special carrier versus USPS and ground versus air transport?

Our experience is so far positive - wrapping in foam sheets, bubble wrapping and then crumbled papers into boxes - but it seems so fragile. Spray foam would be ideal but that might be overkill 😄

\- reflex/meridian work

\- targeted supplements/herbal support

\- Comfortable working with deeper energetic patterns (cellular-level, stored stress/trauma patterns, etc.), not just musculoskeletal issues

Not looking for:

\- basic chiropractic with occasional AK

\- spa-style acupuncture

\- generic functional medicine clinics

I’ve worked with practitioners at this level before, so I understand the difference — looking for someone operating in a similar model.
