It’s generally a great feature that it can present the time even it is shut off due to limited charge.

Series 5 on the left has the correct time, ran out of battery a few days ago. On the right a Series 4 has been put away for months; during recharging but before boot up it shows a wrong time.

I can remember the Apple Keynote as the Watch was introduced, and they claimed it should always show the correct time, since what is a clock worth if it doesn’t always show the correct time?

Does anyone want to share a story how the Watch was helpful even after running out of battery? What can you do other than presenting the time? Can it be found by FindMy?
