EDIT: for anyone wondering I think I found a way, seems like the only way tbh lol. I used a program called ipmidi and opened two instances of Ableton, one to output the midi channel with the tempo automation and one to be the input for that midi. kinda silly theres no way to do this but oh well

so I have a piano piece in Ableton and so there's a bit of tempo automation. The original midi itself obviously doesn't include that information so Im trying to find a way to get one that does

Anybody know a way around this?

Hey yall Im 5 days no 7oh right now, I was on kratom powder for years and switched to 7oh a few months ago because of this problem.

It never happened for many years but then all of a sudden whenever I ingested powder I could pretty much feel something in my left side of my stomach area. I dont really have a great way to describe it more than that since its just a odd feeling.

I know I probably shouldve / should go to a doctor but I haven’t mainly because of kratom use / substance addiction going on my medical records and I am prescribed stimulants for ADHD which have helped my life quite a bit.

Im just wondering if any of yall had a similar experience or know anything about it. Im definitely on my way to sobriety and Im hoping ill be fine since all my symptoms have gone away after quitting but still just curious and slightly worried about it.

Also I ask here because I dont really trust the kratom sub so hope its okay

Im on day 3 of no 7oh. 1st and 2nd day I used about 1600mg of gabapentin, 150-200mg of SR, 10gs of kratom leaf, and around 5000 mg of liposomol vitamin c.

Im feeling pretty good today, havent taken anything but some more SR and a couple grams of kratom and im halfway through the day. I plan on taking some more gabapentin later for sleep but not as much.

Does it sound like a decent plan to just slowly take less and less gapapentin? Maybe try 1000mg tonight and then knock off 200-300mg each day?

I honestly think the gabapentin and probably the SR are doing the heavy lifting. I seriously dont feel nearly as bad as I thought I would and Im hoping its been long enough to where Ive passed the hardest days already.

Im just curious about my gabapentin use and if there would be withdrawals from that if I used it for a week or so? afaik my dose isnt too large so Im hoping its not too bad?

Ive been taking around 100-200mgs per day now and Im ready to quit this shit, but I hear so many people say to never take subs. Some even say its a worse addiction / worse withdrawal than 7oh itself, so Im conflicted.

Right now Id say 70% of me wants to just do a combination of sr17018 (which has worked well for me for kratom powder), liposomal vitamin c, and gabapentin. And 30% of me is considering suboxone, but maybe only if the first option doesnt work for me.

Im just looking for some advice from yall thats hopefully less biased and fear mongery than what I seem to see online. idk I feel like 50% of people say subs are awful and the other half say those people are overblowing it so idk what to believe you know

I started listening when AMHAC released and I never looked at his lyrics or what he says in that way, but now with this release Ive seen a lot of people say all of his twitter outbursts and lyrics are just a part of his persona to get more engagement. I know hes also kind of said that himself in that recent interview.

Idk personally I kind of feel like that would be an easy way to cop out and avoid responsibility but maybe it is true?

I found a used clavinova 825 on facebook marketplace for $700 and it looks like its in good condition. Im thinking about going and trying it out because it seems like a pretty decent deal.

Would you go for that or do you think it be better to play it safe and get a new digital piano around the same price?

I was going to go for the kawai es120 after researching buying a digital piano but now Im considering this
