[USA] Who is at fault here?

Classic T bone. Black car had to be towed. Sustained major damage to the passenger side door. Blue car sustained damage to front bumper on the drivers side and cracked the drivers side headlight.

Edit: This was in the suburbs of Seattle

UPDATE: Insurance found it to be 70/30 me/other driver. Seems fair enough

KEXP ranking in Nielsen Ratings

I am curious what folks' take is on the Nielsen rankings of local radio.

I am unsurprised to see KUOW at the top.

But the rest of it sort of mystifies me. I expected KEXP to be much higher, certainly higher than KZOK, KISW, KNDD. But no, it is below not only these stations but also stuff I have never even heard of like country station KKWF.

Maybe this is just me in my bubble. Maybe the data is all inaccurate. And maybe the whole thing is skewed by the question of "who even listens to live broadcast radio today?" -- when the total measured population is a social outlier, expect unexpected results? Much as I don't understand why anyone would sit through ads on local news, I can't fathom why anyone willingly listens to ads and DJ blathering on radio when other options exist.
