I’ve increasingly come to realize that, at its core, Runeterra is dead in terms of global activity.

I’m not denying that events take place, no one denies that. But, with the exception of the Black Mist invasion that hasn't happened yet (and which, according to the new canon, never occurred, because today is 989, not 997), there haven't been any major, world-spanning events over the last millennium.

And I think the only solution, if the events of "Ruined King" and "Sentinels of Light" turn out to be non-canon, would be a world war, not one that starts instantly, but one that rapidly gains momentum.

I'm trying to make a good templates for Changelings to make Equestria [bugged] again, but have some issues.

For example, do I need focus more on light tanks or motorised, or I need focus more on medium tanks or mechanised. And what about infantry or navy and aviation?

I play in 1.19 once, and new division templates building are kinda pain for me.

Passive - stacks are like Senna ones, but with 100% chance and without any condition (like last hit, death or something else)

Passive 2 - omnivamp, maybe

Q - splash attack

QR - increased zone and damage

W - similar to Swain E (skillshot, and this canon from LoR cinematic)

WR - now can make a mark which can be destroyed by Q to make a lot of damage

E - dash (can break your armor and deal damage even after dash, like Nasus E)

ER - can also burn you

R - ultimate that buffs his abilities (new features better stats) and resets after deaths - gives movespeed, size (base + stacks) and health, connected with stacks

R2 - probably the power of the thousand suns (ultimate with a big shot zone, which grows from stacks, same with damage)

QR, WR, ER - are buffed abilities from R
