A friend just introduced me to Medium Build over the weekend and I noticed this morning that he will be at the Metro (the greatest venue in the city) in October. Perfect timing!

I usually go to shows solo but am trying to make more concert friends this year. 39M in Albany Park and married, only looking for platonic friends.

If you're going to the show or considering it, let me know. I'm also down for a dive bar hang before or after the show.

I have a friend who is a maybe at the moment, but in case he can't make it I don't want to be scrambling last minute to find someone to take it.

Would just be asking face value ($50). Since the show doesn't start until 11 pm I'll prob hang at the L&L or Nisei beforehand.

Happy Sunday, everyone! How's your weekend going?

Mine has been pretty chill. Did some yard work, went to some garage sales, read a bunch (and I'm about to finish my book, which is why I want book recommendations!). I only have a day and a half of work this week, so the Sunday Scaries prob won't get too intense haha. Might take an edible later, depends on if I need to go grocery shopping.

But for now, I'm just hanging out on the couch and trying not to take a nap. So I figured I'd post here for some fun conversations to prevent me from messing up my sleep schedule haha.

\- I just got a tattoo of my cat as a Pokemon last week
\- Love traveling. I've lived in South Korea and Italy. Been to 20+ countries and 30+ states.
\- Going to Korea + Japan next year for my birthday 🎉
\- Currently planning a mini camping trip for next week (which is also my wedding anniversary)
\- Into gaming, books, good food, and collecting coins
\- Cat dad x2 and a kpop fan (Twice 🙌)
\- Married, just looking for platonic chats
