Is there a way to disable quick settings access from the lock screen? I use DND all the time and if someone steals my phone they can just silence it . Disable Bluetooth.. etc

I need a phone to record my table tennis games. The wide angle is the best way to do this and I've been using a Samsung S23 and it was awesome. 4k 60fps wide angle videos was top quality. Switched to a pixel 10 and it's just trash. Wide angle can only do 1080p 60fps and even then it's absolutely horrible quality. Any other phones with high quality wide angle videos ?
Didn't even drop this watch once. And now randomly the touchscreen decided to die and malfunction. Ghost touches and the display never turns off. Unusable at this point. Did a factory reset from the phone but nothing. Seems to be bad hardware.
