What I’ve never heard anyone say…

Bald for surgery (15 years ago)
I had 12 sebaceous cysts removed from my scalp and instead of having to have them removed in clusters, over a series of appointments I volunteered to go bald and get them all removed at once. What I never expected-and what I’m shocked I’ve never seen anyone mention on this sub- is how severely my scalp ached from the sudden cold of not having the hair to insulate it, especially at night, as I recall. A beanie was a good friend back then. Anyone else experience that?
