raw liver taste so ass

im eating raw meat for like 2-3 months and i ate some liver in the beginning and couldn’t get it down, i started today to eat it again and fuck it taste so fucking weird its sweet and kinda fuck idk its just so ass i will eat it anyway, but maybe some one had the same experience
