Am I extra for covering my car?

I live in an apartment complex in Miami. It's been regularly 100+ degrees outside. There's so many nice cars in my complex (C8s, CS4-V, Porche, RTR Mustang, 392 Scats, etc) and they are parked in the tightest spots, between the most beat up cars. None of them cover there cars, or even put in a sunshade.

Every day I get out of my car for the evening, I put in the sunshade. If I'm not driving it for the rest of the day, or two, I put a cover over the soft-top. My Miata is literally surround by cars worth 4-5 times the price, that are just dirty and left to cook in the sun. I always hunt for a corner spot or will drive to the farthest end of the complex just to avoid parking next to people who look like they don't care about their car. If they don't care about theirs, why would they care about mine?

I just don't want my soft top getting cooked. I feel like there's a bunch of people with nice cars, but not really any car people here.

Just some photos I took & question about springs

Just lowered on progress springs and goodwin lowered bumpstops. Is it normal for the rear right to sit an 1/8th -1/4th inch higher? I've seen mixed responses. Wondering if it'll level in a few days with an alignment and new tires.

Also, running 15mm spacers front and 20mm back. Will I be able to fit 215s on front and rear without scrubbing? Should I do 215 rear and 205 up front? Or keep 205 all around? Handling and traction are my biggest concern. Thinking Nitto tires.
