Been in the Web3 space for a while now and have had the chance to work on some interesting design projects.
But honestly, the past 5 months have been a bit strange — I've been trying to find the right opportunity to work with a solid Web3 team, but haven't really come across the right one yet.
Curious to hear from people here — how are designers currently finding opportunities in Web3?
And if anyone here is building something and needs a designer, feel free to reach out. Would love to connect and see what you're working on. 🤝

Hey everyone!
I'm a product/UI designer currently looking for new opportunities, and I recently updated my portfolio.
I'd really appreciate some honest, critical feedback from other designers, founders, recruiters, or anyone who hires designers.
Portfolio: https://www.ezherin.com/
I'm particularly interested in feedback on:
Please don't hold back. I'm specifically looking for things that I can improve rather than compliments.
Thanks in advance — I'll genuinely go through the feedback and make changes based on it.
Hey everyone!
I’m a product/UI designer and I want to challenge myself with something different.
Instead of creating another random concept for my portfolio, I want to pick a real problem, design the entire product around it, and actually build it into a working web app.
I want to go through the full process:
The important thing is that it should solve a real problem, not just be another AI wrapper or a concept that sounds cool but nobody needs.
So if you could build a small web product today, what problem would you actually want someone to solve?
Tell me the problem, what you currently use to solve it, or something you wish existed.
I’m going to use the responses to find a problem worth investigating and then document the entire process of turning it into a real product.
Bonus: If you have a problem you've personally experienced, even better. I’d rather build something people actually need than something that just looks good in a portfolio.

It can be anything—productivity, finance, education, communities, creator tools, travel, sports, business, etc.

Hey everyone! I’m a designer looking to start taking on freelance work and I’m trying to figure out the best way to land my first few clients.
I can help with things like:
I’m open to working with startups, founders, Web3/crypto projects, small businesses, or pretty much anyone who needs good design.
For those of you who freelance or run a small design business — how did you get your first client? Did you use Reddit, cold outreach, LinkedIn, Discord communities, Upwork, personal networking, or something else?
Would really appreciate any practical advice, especially things that actually worked for you.
I’ve liked this girl since 2024, and honestly, I don’t know what happens to me whenever I’m around her.
When I see her, something changes in me. I become less confident, overthink everything, and almost go into “survival mode.” But when I’m not around her, I constantly think about her, imagine different scenarios, make plans in my head, and wonder when she might call or text.
The confusing part is that she sometimes gives me attention and then pulls away. I guess you could call it intermittent reinforcement. My brain knows I shouldn’t let another person affect me this much, but emotionally, I struggle to accept it.
I find her incredibly beautiful and elegant, and I genuinely feel like there’s something between us. I also have this feeling that she might feel something for me too but isn’t ready to acknowledge it, for whatever reason. But honestly, I realize that might just be me trying to make sense of the situation.
I’ve never really told anyone about this, so I’m asking strangers on Reddit instead.
How do I actually get out of this cycle? How do I stop thinking about her, dreaming about her, making imaginary plans, and waiting for the possibility that she’ll call?
I don’t want to hate her or force myself to stop liking her. I just want to get my own life back and stop letting someone who isn’t even in my life consistently occupy so much space in my head.
If you’ve been through something similar, what actually helped you?
Hey everyone! 👋
I've been thinking about creating a small Discord community for people around the world who genuinely believe in hard work, consistency, skill-building, and personal growth.
I've wanted to do this for a long time, and I think it's finally time to actually start.
The idea is simple:
We get on a call/work session every day, work seriously on our own goals and skills, and hold each other accountable.
At the end of the day, we share:
What we planned to accomplish
What we actually accomplished
What we learned
What we're going to work on tomorrow
If someone keeps slacking, we can come up with some kind of accountability system — maybe challenges, consequences, or whatever the group agrees on. 😅
I'm especially interested in people involved in tech, programming, content creation, business, design, writing, or anything creative — people who enjoy brainstorming, building things, learning, and improving themselves.
Please DON'T join if:
You're just looking for something to pass the time.
You aren't willing to put in consistent effort.
You get discouraged when you see someone else progressing.
You want motivation without actually doing the work.
Come if:
You believe hard work compounds.
You want to seriously improve your skills.
You're willing to show up consistently.
You want accountability.
You enjoy seeing other people succeed.
You're willing to grind even when motivation disappears.
I'm not trying to build a huge Discord server with hundreds of inactive people.
Honestly, I'd rather have 5–10 extremely dedicated people who actually show up every day than 500 members who never do anything.
The goal is to create a small group where we can genuinely push each other, brainstorm together, work alongside each other, and watch everyone's progress over months and years.
No fake "hustle culture." No motivational speeches every day. Just people showing up and doing the work.
If this sounds like something you'd genuinely commit to, DM me with a short intro about yourself — what you're working on, your goals, and what you're willing to bring to the group.
Let's see if we can build something real. 🚀
Hey! I’m a brand & product designer working across Web3, startups, digital products, branding, and creative campaigns.
I’m currently open to freelance, contract, part-time, or remote design work.
I can help with:
I've worked directly with founders and developers, taking projects from early concepts through launch.
Some of the things I've worked on include Web3 products, NFT ecosystems, blockchain bridges, AI security platforms, marketplaces, campaigns, community experiences, and digital brands.
I'm especially comfortable when there's a lot to figure out and no giant design team behind me — give me the problem, and I'll help figure out the visual/product direction.
If you're a founder, startup, agency, creator, or team looking for a designer who can jump in and actually get things shipped, feel free to DM me.
I don't know who needs to hear this but this is a motivation post because today I was really really feeling low and I realized that
In life we wish and hope. A lot of things to happen
We wish and wish and wish and pray to God but eventually all those thousand things do not get fulfilled and we get upset
Exactly this is what happened to me I was searching for a global job and in my niche there are a lot of year experience needed and it has been almost 3 months I am job less
Not getting a job is not my fear but the fear is I feel like I'm not reaching anywhere I feel stuck
And I think that's really common We humans tend to feel these things when the thing we had thought of doesn't get fulfilled
Life acts the same way when you feel low in one particular reason you start to feel low in many ways many thoughts start to hit you rock bottom
And you start cruising yourself eventually a point reached where your brain even can't handle it
So whoever is reading this you are not alone we all feel stuck I have failed many times in my life and got stuck into many times in life but eventually I had always stood up god has always given me the hope shown me the way he's there watching
Watching over you making you learn your lesson be wiser and come stronger and he also doesn't want you to lose your hope
