How do I get my refund?
I have sent the Ring back to them, but they never sent me my money.

I've only been using my Roborock Saros 20X for a couple of days, but so far I'm honestly disappointed with its performance.
The main issues I've noticed are:
Considering this is Roborock's flagship model, I expected much more accurate AI obstacle detection and better overall cleaning performance.
Has anyone else with a Roborock Saros 20X experienced the same issues? Could this be a firmware issue that improves over time, or does it sound like my unit might be defective?

Hi everyone,
I have a fairly new washing machine, only a few weeks old, and I’m having problems with the spin cycle.
Today I ran a normal wash program that took about 2 hours 15 minutes. At the end, the clothes were still soaking wet / dripping wet.
This already happened the last time as well. In the quick program, the machine did not spin properly at all and the laundry was also soaking wet at the end.
When I try the separate “Drain/Spin” program, the machine drains the water, but then the drum only turns slowly. When it tries to speed up, it stops again, drains again, and eventually gets stuck with about 2 minutes remaining.
I have already tried redistributing the laundry and using a smaller load, but the problem still exists.
Could this be caused by too much detergent, too much laundry, an unbalanced load, or does it sound like a mechanical/technical defect? Since the machine is almost new, I’m wondering if I should contact the landlord/service technician.
Thanks for any advice.
I’m looking for a robot that only vacuums.
I don’t need or want anything with water, mop pads, or mopping features, because I have an oiled wooden floor and I don’t want the robot to use water on it. I just want strong vacuuming, good mapping/navigation, reliable obstacle avoidance, and low maintenance.
Are there still good vacuum-only models available, or is it better to buy a model with mopping and just not use the mop/water parts?
