Filter simply doesn't have such setting. Is there a workaround?

Is there a way to create a questionnaire where each question is on a separate screen and all answers are emailed to you as a customer request?

Smth like this

Component shows:

  1. What's your name - Input Field and "Next question" button;

  2. What's you phone number? - Input Field and "Next question" button;

  3. "Submit the request"

An email with answers is sent to the designated email. Must be fully customizable in terms of design and text, so ideally if I can recreate it in Framer myself
