Should I buy this 2016 Corolla?

Looking at this 2016 CVT S at a local dealership on Monday, and I wanted some input on the price and the accident reports. It is priced currently at 12k and has about 100k miles on it. 4 previous owners. I am bringing my uncle in-law to look at it with me and see if there’s any hidden damage.

Is this potentially a good buy given the report history? If so, what would be a good offer?
