I am desperately looking for some feedback! I have been developing my casual RTS game Plebs for a number of years as a hobby, but my refund rate on Steam is terrible.

Unfortunately I don't get much feedback for why they didn't like the game or what they felt was the reason for returning it, so I am looking for some help to find out what is missing or what people don't like about Plebs when they first start playing.

Maybe the learning curve is too steep, or there isn't a clear hook to keep playing, or maybe people don't feel the Steam page accurately reflects the game, I am not sure.
