Finally got the Ezflash ODE, now what

Finally got my hands on this beaut and I only got this to be able to get my gen 3 pokemon transferred to the newer gens though how do you set this up cuz I think I got the latest revision of this cart and I've seen numerous versions of the latest firmware. Mind helping out?

Also, what console games can I play with this?

Targetting Pheromosa and Buzzwole

Just wondering where's the best place to spoof if I were to get both of the bug fighting Ultra Beasts? Hopefully somewhere that has frequent spoofers/players since ny account aint strong enough to solo it.
