HACLA (Housing Authority of Los Angeles) hasn’t paid their portion towards rent and I am facing possible eviction.

I am currently residing within LA and am a recipient of a section 8 voucher under HACLA and HUDVASH (I am a veteran) and their voucher based program. I have already paid my portion of the rent, but HACLA has not paid a single cent. Today I received a 3 day notice to pay rent or quit and have my lease thrown out. On the first notice of a late payment I notified property management of the fact that I am a voucher recipient and that HACLA is responsible for my rent, which they acknowledged and never followed up with further until today. HACLA is over a month behind on the rent and I do not know what to do, it is late at night and I’ve already tried contacting my case manager, but they are not available at this time. When I let my case manager know of the first notice of late payment, they reassured me that they were in contact with the housing authority and that it should be taken care of. Now I am not sure what to believe anymore and am in full panic. Is there any legal protection or other forms of help? What should I do in this situation? I have no means whatsoever to pay the balance due for the rent, and I really do not want to be evicted. Any and all help is much appreciated.

Bad Coil Packs or Fuel Injectors?

The first photo was the first misfire that happened while I was going to work the other day, car was shaking and rpm was acting erratic.

I just replaced all my spark plugs and coil packs last month, so I have reason to suspect that maybe it’s a fuel injector.

Regardless, I swapped the coil pack for Cylinder 6 with Cylinder 1, drove around and the misfire followed the change, but showed up as a cylinder 2 misfire.

Does this mean that it was a faulty coil pack? Or was the coil pack not the problem.

Feel free to leave any suggestions and all help is appreciated.

Why am I getting a misfire when I replaced my ignition coils not too long ago?

My BMW is currently very shaky and I only drove it to work, the misfire happened while I was at a stoplight. The front 3 coils are newer than the back 3, replaced about 2 weeks ago, but I still replaced the coils for 4,5, and 6 along with all the spark plugs about 2 months ago. Any idea what might be causing the problem? Also would it be safe to just replace coils 1 and 6 (since 1 is newer) and just drive it back home? Any help or tips are much appreciated.
