cat eating my rug

my cat ciggy is five years old, spayed and generally healthy.

today she decided to chew on my fuzzy rug. she frequently plays on it, which is fine, but this time she was pulling out bits to eat. she did this several times and attacked me whenever i tried to stop her (note that she very rarely bites.) i thought that she might have been bored, but she seemed uninterested in play.

she has also been acting strange lately. ive caught her licking my duvet and jumping up onto the fridge often.

i havent visited a vet, but it is an option. is this stress, boredom or another issue? any advice would be appreciated :')

Getting out of bed

Hi all, I've recently been diagnosed with ADHD. Along with this, I have a few other mental health issues, including depression. This makes it hard for me to get on with my day.

Most days, I stay in bed until the afternoon, even hours after taking my medication. This obviously makes me super sluggish, and so I end up doing nothing all day.

How can I get back on track? There's not really anything that motivates me right now. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
