Pain in the rear mid foot.

Got it from backpacking way too much in mainland china.

Its hurting my footwork but been taking my time to recover it but anyways. How bad would it be to just plod both feet down? I've seen alot of mma fighters do it for some reason. Boxing... occasionally.

Alright tk proceed and yoir thoughts. Bad habits create bad openings.

What are reasons to believe in Buddhism vs other religions?

To my understanding, it is about seeking peace and harmony instead of feelings.

There is teachings of various things but I dont know why/what there is cause everybody interpretation is different.

What would make.somebody to pursue Buddhism in place of other religions?

I really am.intrigued by Buddhism as a simple single male

Tourist/BBQ/Yoga

Hello, currently just working in Temple so I figured I would pass by Waco to sight see but any recommendations of good brisket and good green beans/potatoes dishes in your city? Not looking for a big premium dish neither, just $10-25 would be ideal!

Also might check out yoga or jiujitsu in your place so figured what is a good place to train at or do some yoga at... and if they provide a mat in your place... Did not bring one at all.

Just a tourist from out of state working here briefly.

Thanks

Phone (China/USA) under 200 USD

Some requirements I am looking for...

- Still in service with updates

- Can either be android or apple or X

- Camera isn't a big deal, IDC

- Phone with 8gb of ram would be ideal

- UI does not matter

I will be going to China 3x/year and will use abundant Chinese apps and I would like to use tmobile/AT&T towers with good signal.

Any suggestions
