So I crocheted this lace top for pride. This pattern is the crochet cowl top by petpetcrochets on YouTube. In this photo I am wearing nipple covers but my mother is outraged by this. I live at home with her (I’m a grown woman) but she claims that if I leave the house like this I should not even bother to come back. She wants me to wear a sports bra but I think that kills the look. I don’t think I’m indecent by wearing this but I would like your thoughts on what to do.

Hello I have been following the pattern for a crochet cowl top on YouTube by perpetcrochets but I think my top is already as wide as it should be? Any more and my tatas will be showing. Should I keep increasing but risk it being too wide or should I rip it out and do a different pattern?

I’m debating on getting a septum piercing so I bought fake septum jewelry. I love the way the jewelry looks on my face but the only problem is that the jewelry tickles the inside of my nose! Idk if it is because of the size of my jewelry or maybe the inside of my nose is too small for a septum? Does septum piercings tickle irl?

So I’m working on “Draculas castle” pattern by Meg Black and I think I have come across a problem. She requires DMC thread 814 and 815 for the pattern which I have bought. However her finished product looks different than the threads that she claims to have used. For example I have provided a circled image of where I am at in her project and what my piece currently looks like. Should I get thread that has more of a contrast between each other to have a finished piece like hers?
