how much in taxes do you pay yearly as a 1099 worker?
It’s my first year working in marketing full time as a 1099 employee. I have $100-$200ish in expenses each month, with the occasional big purchase (new phone, camera, etc) and I’ll make around $70k over the year
How much do you pay yearly? I’m saving 30% (ish) but want to make sure I’m covered for next year/want to see if I can let up a little and invest more of that income that’s being saved for taxes

Paw licking never stops
My EB is almost 9 and has always licked his paws, but it’s gotten excessive the past few months. I’ll come home to giant puddles on the couch or rug, and he sometimes wakes me up aggressively licking. I’ve started thoroughly wiping his paws after every walk and giving him allergy supplements and fish oil but nothing seems to help!

will united cancel my flight if it overlaps?
Basically, I had one flight booked for several months and then I was recently asked to travel immediately after my trip for work… so I was going to skip the second leg of my layover to fly straight to work. Now, I got this email saying my flights overlap and they will cancel. Has this ever happened to anyone? I just don’t want to have to pay a huge fee for changing around my flight last minute 😅 the trip is in two weeks
