Как пополнять PS кошель?

Ситуация такая. Я подсобирал деньжат на ГТА 6, хотел пополнить кошелёк плейстейшн через ggsel (никогда этого не делал, так как приставки нету, думал к ноябрю куплю). Хочу купить сразу супер навороченную Ultimate Edition. Нахожу норм продавца, оплачиваю и мне сбербанк пишет: "Операция недоступна" и что-то затирает про защиту от мошенников, скамеров и прочих Ларис Долиных. Я пробовал уже у кучи продавцов, со всеми такая херь. Люди со сбером, помогите, как мне оплатить этот чёртов ПС кошелёк Турция?
