Is this Chris's best album?
A number of songs have one of my favorite chris basslines - especially nightshift, shimmering scars, hush, and cryogen. Im trying to think what album goes as hard for me
I'd also say this is one of the best albums for guitar, but it doesn't win on that front
Anyone else do Path of Pain before even beating white palace?
I just got to white palace and struggle a lot to even get to path of pain, but I decided to attempt it. Took most of the day but I got it done. Next time I get on, I plan to finish the white palace and hopefully it should be pretty easy. Though that one hall with the saws that go up and down that you have to walk to the gaps was harder than almost the entirety of PoP
[New] Sleeping With Sirens - Looking Back At Me
youtube.com[New Album] Sleeping With Sirens - An Ending in Itself (Discussion thread?)
I've always been mixed on sws, like seemingly most people here, but I loved the new record. Its much closer to let's cheer to this era than a lot of their recent stuff, with a heavier touch. Honestly one of my favorite albums of the year so far, with enter shikari/static dress. I will say a few breakdowns did feels forced though, mainly the title track and waiting for you
How would you rank the singles?
I am loving the singles. For me it'd be
Cryogen
Nightshift Superstar
Unraveling
Hexagons
Be With You
There's so much to love here
Anyone here listen to Static Dress?
If Mcr, Underoath, and Glassjaw had a baby, I think it would be them. If you listen to songs like hospice or lip Critic, theres definitely some mcr influence. The new album is so good, will probably be in my top 5 of the year
The Requiem is also another good 2000s mcr style revival band
Can anyone rec more sad 1am listens similar to these songs?
Mainly post hardcore, pop punk, and emo, but obviously there a little bit of other in here. Looking for sad songs that also sound sad
This or That (Alt Rock, Pop Punk, Post Hardcore)

Anyone listening to Held's Debut Record "Grey"?
Thoughts? I really liked it, one of my favorite albums of the year so far
