Help! Is this a roach or something else?

I found this little one on my bathroom sink countertop. Initially I thought it was a roach, killed it and tried to identify it via google/AI kept getting many different bugs, bed bugs, pirate bug, booklouse and then came to a Reddit sub who identified it as a roach. If it is a roach what kind is it? I only have had a few wood roaches wander in from time to time in the 6 years I’ve lived in my house but first time seeing a nymph. If it is not a roach… then what is it? It was bulbous in shape, not flat and moving pretty fast before I smushed it with the tissue. I’m not sure if my pictures are the issue here but unfortunately I’ve already disposed of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am freaking out!!! I am also in LONG ISLAND, NY

Which kind?

I wasn’t sure what this was at first but another sub identified this as a roach. But I don’t know which kind. Lived in my house for 6 years and have only dealt with wood roaches just a handful of times however I have not seen any nymphs. So my question is which kind of roach is this? Also found it crawling on my bathroom sink countertop.

What is this?

Found it crawling on my bathroom sink, was moving really quickly and initially thought it was a roach. It was small like a grain of rice or a bit smaller. It had a clear bulbous/pear shape body shape before I smushed it with the napkin. I have pics of it zoomed in as well. I’m so freaked out right now as I looked it up and keep going back and forth between a bed bug and numerous different insects like pirate bugs, true bug, and booklouse.I ruled out a roach though as the antennas looked to be too short but I could be wrong. I live in Long Island, NY if it matters.
