Hey everyone,
I’m looking for a skilled web developer who can build a professional B2B website for my manufacturing business. The website should have a clean, modern design and be optimized for generating business inquiries.
We also have additional development work planned after the website, so I’m looking for someone who can help in that too.
If you have experience building business websites, please comment or send me a DM
Working on a gearbox noise reduction project. Benchmarking against an imported gearbox that’s noticeably quieter than ours, it has tip relief, lead crowning, and a top-land chamfer on the teeth (ours has none of that), plus a finned/ribbed housing (ours is plain).
Our gear finishing is done on a manual Reishauer worm/generating grinder (continuous generating with a threaded grinding worm, not CNC profile grinding).
If anybody has worked on a similar project, let me know. I want to confirm a few things about doing tip relief and lead crowning on a manual grinding machine like this, and would like to know about any other ways to reduce noise and vibration further and make the gearbox more refined overall.
Let me know!! Need to discuss few things
Have an imported gearbox that is incredibly well engineered, almost zero noise and vibration. We even showed it to a few experienced gearbox manufacturers, and most of them were simply shocked by how refined it is.
We’re looking for an organization like CTR (Central Tool Room) or a private engineering firm that can help with reverse engineering, gear metrology, CAD modeling, and R&D to understand how it was designed.
Not sure if CTR provides this kind of support. Any recommendations for government or private organizations in Punjab?
Let me know!! Want some advice.
Hey everyone!
I’ll be visiting Coimbatore on July 1 (Wednesday) and would love some recommendations from locals.
I’m not really interested in the usual tourist attractions, temples, or traditional sightseeing spots. I’m looking for places that are unique, fun, or have a great vibe.
Things I enjoy:
Scenic drives or viewpoints
Good cafés with great ambience
Unique experiences or activities
Less crowded spots
Great food (especially local must-tries)
Any hidden gems that most tourists miss
I’ll have a full day to explore, so I’m open to driving around as well.
What are your top recommendations? Thanks in advance!
We’re playing pickleball today at 6:30. We already have 3 people and are looking for one more. Let me know if anyone can join.

I want to start exporting aftermarket tractor spare parts to Australia, but honestly I’m getting fed up with cold outreach.
I’ve emailed and contacted a lot of businesses, but barely anyone replies. I even planned to hire an agent in Australia (currently underway), and instead of directly trying to “sell” on email, I mostly introduced my company and tried booking in-person meetings so I could visit Australia and show product quality face-to-face.
Still, almost no replies.
From what I’ve observed, cold outreach in exports works very rarely because buyers don’t want to risk dealing with unknown suppliers immediately, especially in spare parts where quality and consistency matter a lot.
I do have enough funds to travel to Australia, but I genuinely don’t know what the smartest move is there. Going without meetings already booked feels pointless.
So I wanted honest advice from people already in exports/imports:
What’s the best way to find real buyers in Australia apart from cold outreach?
Also, how do you guys actually make connections with Australian importers and industry people without LinkedIn? Most people online say “use LinkedIn,” but I feel like almost everyone there is trying to sell something, and genuine networking feels difficult.
Would really appreciate practical advice from experienced exporters/importers.
