DOES ANYONE HAVE THIS SHIRT 😭 - Uniqlo Canada

PLEASEEE I've been SCOWERING to find this Uniqlo T-Shirt in this specific colour and I am truly regretting not buying it the day I saw it. I saw a good stock of it about 3 weeks ago at the Uniqlo Eaton Centre but I couldn't purchase it that day. I just figured I'll ask my friend who works at a different location to buy it for me.

But shortly after I asked, it was practically out of stock everywhere 😭😭 And for the last couple of weeks I've been TRYING to find it and its just sold out everywhere, even online (I fear this is a seasonal item.).

It was actually such a nice T. It had a really smooth feel and felt breathable. I also really love that specific light blue color.

If anyone knows where I can get my hands on this (sixe xs or s), or if someone doesn't want theirs in the GTA area PLEASEEE let me know 🥹🙏

Skipping eating out of laziness?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but is there a grave concern with the reason I skip meals?

I find the biggest reason as to why I skip meals a lot is due to timing and just laziness. Firstly, I wanna address I don't have an ED. I don't struggle with body image, I never did and I never intentionally skipped a meal or went thru a diet of some sort.

However, I've always been fairly skinny, ever since I was young I wasn't an excessive eater but I always ate to my fullest each meal, despite my slim figure, maybe its just the capacity that I could've consumed.

There was a point in my life where I started to eat a lot more than I usually would and for some reason my weight remained the same; however that very year I also grew alot taller rapidly so that mightve just been natural changes.

I'd say maybe for the past 4 years, or ever since I've been more independent with my meals, I've kinda skipped them. Ik this is such a lame excuse, but it i always felt due to the fact that I just didn't want to get up and make myself a meal or I just wasn't so moved with the food in the fridge.

I will admit, I am slightly picky. Especially recently I feel I've been more inclined to more western food for some reason and I always eat from the fridges of my very asian household with chinese food 90% of the time. But honestly, if I could imagine, if my food was served in instant each time I felt hungry, I would certainly eat alot more. And thats why I feel its crazy to say why I can't just walk to my kitchen and eat.

Now because the summer is usually the time where I don't each much due to the fact I'm always sleeping. I sleep alot. And my sleep habits are beyond haywire. (I know this is really bad for me to sleep this late) But oftentimes when I sleep into the afternoon, I've skipped bfast and sometimes lunch. That just leaves me with 1 to 2 meals a day and it's become an occuring routine. I don't particularly want to, but I definitely love sleep alot more than my food.

Aside from that, the only other reason I'd skip a meal is just due to the fact I don't usually get out of my room. Aside from bedrotting, I stay in my room alot. And with whatever I do, when I get carried away with time, I just don't eat.

I'm getting increasingly concerned now because I feel like I am getting more skinner than I would like to. Societal visual wise, one could say this is a blessing, but I'm more concerned abt my health. I don't know if this is more of an underlying issue, perhaps psychologically, but I would like to get some advice on it because I don't hear lots of people in my situation; weight gain usually isn't what most people are trying to achieve, but I need to. Plus my BMI has always been below reccommend...

Accurate Gift Ideas for 18 (M)

I got a Asian male friend who's turning 18 and I have no clue what to get him.

He's a pretty sentimental dude and likes material things, so I guess I gotta find his niche. He likes to follow trends so I need advice from males around his age to hear what you guys be looking for now a days.

What I know abt his interests (he's not particularly obsessed with something to my knowledge, so these are pretty general likings of his):

- He's not crazy abt fashion but likes to dress street style (he loves stussy, aelfric eden; that type of clothing)

- Likes gaming (off the top of my head probably fortnite and val) and Badminton

- He really wanted to buy these Oakley visor looking glasses once (im obvs not gonna spend $200 on a funky pair of glasses, just an idea of what he likes)

- He likes to eat out I guess

-------

Context:

- He's entering his first year of college and dorming so I was thinking to buy smth along those lines. But idk if guys care abt that stuff or prefer to do it themselves.

- He just got a new mac, and I was thinking of buying him a nice case for the cover but I lowk don't see guys using cases. Plus he likes to decorate his laptop covers with stickers or leave it blank.

- I have a budget of less than $60 pls.

Thanks for the help.

Pls I need advice: Should I take driving school? (more of a social decision rather than a logistical one)

I'll try to keep this short as possible, but I'm debating whether or not I should be taking driving school now that I'm given the chance to. The main conflict is the decision rests on my parents heavily and I don't want to be wasting money. The general line is: my parents are divorced (they both don't earn very much), my dad is completely against it, my mom wants me to get my G2 but she won't let me drive at all with my G1 without driving school and she doesn't want to pay unless my dad chips in (he won't). Plus even if I were to practice with either parent, we couldn't make a meter far without yelling or arguing.

But now hesitantly, my mom is agreeing to pay the full thing (I'd hate to push her to), and not only do I feel bad about her paying the full thing, I'm re-debating whether or not in this time of life I should be doing driving school. The reason being: I never planned on driving, I definitely won't get my own car anytime soon, and I'll be doing residence in Uni this year so I'll rely on public transportation. However I'm sure that's the case for many students like me yet they've already completed driving school and obtained their G2. If you couldn't tell, I'm pretty late to the game and could've started the school and got my G2 almost a year ago.

All my friends easily got their G2 and did driving school throughout the school year with the full support of their parents as it seems they understood some importance. Most of them don't have their own car, but they drive here and there with their parents car and have been getting good trips in on their own. It's a cannon event for a typical 17 year old, but I have to weigh my decisions more thoroughly then most.

I've generally heard most positive benefits from driving school about it's experience, help with passing the test and such. But is it right for me? Considering my circumstance and parental conflict. This is pretty much always the thought process whenever I need to make semi to major decisions.

Need advice pls.

First year residency (very confused)

Does anyone know what will exactly happen on "Room Self-Selection day" because I'm a bit confused on what I do for my time slot. I chose Vanier Double Trad & Calumet Single Suite as my top 2, I'd like to do suites preferably. My selection day is June 23rd.

On the day of, am I choosing the specific room? The building or Both?

If I had a person in mind I wanted to dorm with, can I select them in the module that day? If not, can random people just fill the space (to my knowledge I believe it's 6 people total)?

If I were to choose a specific room that day, anyone have tips or recommendations on what type of dorm layout, view or unit I should be looking for?

While it's past choosing my preference, at first I really wanted to dorm at Pond, but I heard it was reserved for upper years. Is that necessarily true? Can I as still as a first year, going into Schulich, select Pond that day?

Please let me know some of your wise tips going into this 🙏🙏

Looking for roommates (Incoming UG)

I'm looking for a Roommate as an incoming first year UG! I am 17, female, open to meeting new people, okay with appropriate noise, and prefer a well maintained and clean space.

I am studying Honours BAdmin at Schulich starting this fall, and I chose Trad and Suite options as my top 2.

Please DM me if you're interested!

Full rundown on course Advice plsss

Hi all,

I'm going to be a first year for Schulich this fall and my course Selection is on June 10 next week. I went over a few guidelines as to how to navigate myself around choosing my schedule, but I'm still very unsure as to what the specific protocol for as a Schulich student would be. I've heard briefly that for first year Schulich, my schedule is already determined? But I've also heard there's a small space for electives.

Could I get your advice on what I should be doing, courses I need AND could to take, what and what not to avoid, profs/certain classes (if I have the chance to view them when selecting) and the general gist to get my course selection on track.

Thanks!

HONEST Residency Recommendation

Hi all,

I'm a first year coming into YorkU this year for Schulich BBA. I want to do res and I need current/up to date recs, your stories, honest opinions and view on all the res options. My main concern is living condition and affordability. I definitely don't think I could afford suites, but I think I can spend a bit more in traditional if needed.

I don't know how much time I'd be spending in the Schulich Building vs the main campus but, I would prefer to be in very good proximity to my campus.

My Top Priorities:

  1. Cleanliness & Properly Maintained Environment (daily or routinely enough)
  2. Safe (area and community)
  3. Close Proximity to classes (idk which yet but most likely within Schulich BBA building)
  4. Proximity to food areas or even entertainment/good hang spots
