looking for good schizophrenia psychiatric facilities

Hello, I have a sister on 24F who's got schizophrenia, diagnosed the past year and a half.

This is her second episode and she is going through a psychotic episode right now. She's on medication in a different country, but we are Indians originally and we would like to put her in observation because we believe that the treatment she's getting is not right.

So we would like to have a center to put her or admit her in a center that specializes in dealing with patients like these and coming up with a long term plan for her because up till now, the medication she's been having works temporarily sometimes.

Even with medication there are no changes in her, even though the medication dose has been increasing and changing in the past two months

So if you know any good facility facilities in India preferably in Mumbai or Pune, but anywhere that might be good, doesn't matter, please let me know.

also if any support groups exist for people with schizophrenia and for caregivers

thanks

support groups for caregivers, schizophrenia?

where would i find support groups here?

preferably ones that have regular meetups and get togethers with people diagnosed with schizo/any other similar disorders/caregivers. maybe even events or workshops?

im in my early 20s and have a sibling (24f) thats going through a psychotic episode rn (second time since last year), was diagnosed with schizo last year. its been really difficult to see them like this and i genuinely dont know much about the condition and not sure how/when to help (reading up more on it though!). i dont even know who to talk to about it cus while i do tell friends (super supportive), its just not the same compared to someone thats seen their loved one go through the same thing.

id love to meet people who have had similar experiences and just talk about it, discuss, learn more about what life has looked like for people going through conditions like these. to join in person support groups if those exist here.

preferably groups with a similar age range if thats not too picky (20-30)/or female. idm older either. dubai/sharjah/ajman would be great but i can travel further if needed.

im planning on bringing them with me once theyre more stable and able to handle communicating with strangers.

(ps: yes theyre taking meds and have regular scheduled appointments)

if there are any whatsapp groups i can get added to pls dm, or any advice you have
