Chronological or anti-chronological CV for applications?
Hi everyone. This may be a dumb question but it is actually confusing me a bit.
TUM says "Bitte laden Sie einen chronologischen und tabellarischen Lebenslauf hoch." I already have one in which the first row is my most recent academic achievement (e.g. January 2026-May 2026) and the ones following are the achievements before the ones above (e.g. December 2025; January 2016-November 2025).
But then, when I google "chronologischen und tabellarischen Lebenslauf" I see that when some places ask for "chronologischen" they mean you start with your oldest achievement and make your way down to the most recent — BUT I also see that other places use "chronologischen" und "antichronologischen Lebenslauf" as synonyms, so I'm slightly confused. I would upload my anti-chronological CV, but I want to be sure.
Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks
