Looking for somewhere in tricities where they work with a damaged/possible infected toe nail bed in a sterilized way. Not a regular pedicure shop, MEDICAL grade pedicure

I’ve been on tirz the last 6 months but will researching Reta now because honestly the blindness lawsuit freaked me out so I’m gonna give Reta a shot. Any advice or what was your experience making this transition ?

*UPDATE: I’ve decided to stay on Tirz, didn’t want to risk weight gain and have received more insight on what caused blindness and I don’t believe I have a high chance of it affecting me.

I got a 10MG vial added 10ml of saline solution then did 2 pumps of nasal spray before bed. It made me feel tense and more anxious and I couldn’t sleep. I ended up only getting 3.5 hours of sleep that night. Haven’t tried again since. Any tips ?

I’ve been on 7.5mg of tirz and thinking of adding Reta to get more fat loss…if I do, how much Reta should I add?? Or should I just go up on my tirz instead?
