Aspirin and cal-600

When did everyone start taking their aspirin and calcium again after a cervical stitch? I’m currently six days postop and I don’t have bleeding.

I’m most definitely gonna have a lot of leaks if it wasn’t very high up

cervical cerclage Stitch!

Hello everyone ❤️
I recently had my cervical cerclage on the 13th. I had a spinal anaesthetic and stayed in hospital overnight. I also had a catheter/pee bag in until the next morning. My surgery was around 3pm on 13th
I’m currently home recovering and just wondering what everyone else’s recovery was like especially the pain, soreness, bleeding/discharge, back pain and how long it took you to start feeling normal again.
I have a very sore lower back, which I’m assuming is from the spinal, and I’m also just feeling generally uncomfortable down there.
My doctor said I was lucky I got the cerclage done when I did because my cervix was starting to open, apparently about a fingernail’s width.
I’d love to hear everyone’s experiences ❤️
● How long were you sore for?
● How long did the back pain last after the spinal?
● When did you feel comfortable walking around and sitting normally?
● How long did bleeding/discharge last?
● When did you feel like you were properly recovered?
Any advice or experiences would be really appreciated! 💕

Feel free to add anything I didn’t add I love reading everyone’s stories also please add what not to do

PPROM /inconclusive results

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping to hear from anyone who has been through something similar.

I lost my first baby boy in 2023 at 16 weeks + 6 days after my waters broke unexpectedly. My cervix remained closed and never dilated.

I then lost my second baby boy in 2025 at 16 weeks. Again, my waters broke and my cervix remained closed.

I’m now pregnant again and currently 10 weeks I’m incredibly grateful to be pregnant, but I’m also terrified. Losing two babies at almost the exact same gestation has made it hard not to worry about history repeating itself.

Im currently on progesterone and plan having a stitch around 12-14 weeks hospital said
Has anyone experienced recurrent PPROM or second-trimester losses around 16–17 weeks? If so, what investigations were done, and what was the plan for your next pregnancy? Were you offered extra monitoring, progesterone, a cerclage, or anything else?

I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences, success stories, or advice. I’m feeling very scared and alone right now.
Thankyou
