So my company has recently started working with a US beauty retailer who use Mirakl as their ordering platform. We use shopify and the two arent currently cohesively working together. The ops team has to manually review Mirakl orders and raise them in Shopify.
Mirakl tells me I can integrate it into Shopify but I dont want my shopify platform to be Mirakl owned. Is there a way to seamlessly raise Mirakl orders into my Shopify DTC?
I got my period and today is the worst day of it painwise, and obviously my t1d is being a fucking dick and my pump is just useless so I'm gonna rage bolus. I also started a new job today and I can't deal with all the stuff urggghhhhhh. That's it just wanted to vent.
I scar easily on my stomach and thighs especially, from the cannula. Has anyone got any tips to 1. Reduce itching when the pump is in and 2, help with scarring left by the pump. The ones on my thighs are especially noticeable and have now turned into a little dark cluster and I haaaaaate it. The spot I use works well though despite getting sore on day 2 and I need it in my rotation as I don't use my back/love handles
I haven't seen many posts on this weirdly so are we in agreement that from episode 1, Jack was a red flag? We brushed it off because he's got ADHD and just got excited about talking to two girls but who goes for a 2 hour walk at 5am? Doesn't tell his fiancé? And then gaslights her for not trusting him? Oh I'm a surfer from Cornwall so I don't text people to let them know where I'm going and if you wanna look at my phone you don't trust me.
He's so manipulative and is playing at her vulnerability and because he's brought her some flowers she's allowing it.
He's so insincere it actually pains me. Also, jack of all trades? So, serially unemployed.
I don't really have anyone I can share this with so telling you guys that I got my hba1c from 62 in March to 51 as of yesterday and I'm just really pleased. I've still got work to do to get it lower but it's been a boost to see my diet/exercise etc are actually working.
I know it's not licensed for us in the UK and it's very hard to get from doctors but has anyone got it privately? If so, what dosage did you start with and how is it going? Have you experienced any side effects?
For context, I've been type 1 for 34 years and want to lose weight and further improve my bloods. My recent hba1c was 52 (my control has improved a lot over the last few years) and am aiming for 48.

Please guys, why did I have the exact same breakfast 2 days in a row, with day 1 resulting in no spike and day 2 resulting in going from 7.2mmol to 17.4?
I pre-bolused, waited 15 mins and then ate. My pod is the same, no change in activity or anything. I made overnight oats - did something happen to the raspberries in it? Did the oats become more... Oaty? I'm baffled (and now tired and frustrated)
