I get a responce that my ticket is being served and that IN THE FUTURE I should use the matchmaking report system.
Yet a few DAYS later, 2 to be exact, I get an email that my ticket is waiting responce, and if I dont do it, it will be closed.
Without ever being asked something that requires a response.
Ticket #13547460 is one of te 3 times It happened.
I sent 3 reports about players who ghost, giving position to the enemy, and nothing was done.
A. I bought used hardware and suddenly I was banned
B. It was me and my roommate, not me in multiple accounts

So i upload this CS clip on youtube to report a player, and WMG places a claim on it.
No music, nothing.

Literally lost 3 games today which could be won if we were able to kick the afker in 2 cases, and the troll in the other.
To clarify, the afkers were in almost all rounds half AFK. They would start playing a long time later, and often near the end of the round.
in this game we actually had 2 trolls doing it.
