I talked to Fidelity and they said they don't support passkeys so how is the security at fidelity? What are people using fingerprint, face recognition, mfa?
Does anybody have some really objective information on how strong their security is?

New system is not working great for the past 5 months but today the trane tap on my phone and tablet both quit working. Any temperature change came back with unable to save. Went to the thermostat and ran and that work diagnostics and it says router okay internet okay home diagnostics fail. I have rebooted the router, rebooted the air handler, removed the registration and tried to re-add it but I still get the same home network error. All of my other devices are working fine on the internet so appreciate any help.
