Title, I don't want to to fail in the same doomerism many people have fallen into, but I struggle to figure out what I am supposed to do with this rework.

Before the rework, I knew I could rely on him for when my team was getting dominated by a mobile hero. Now those same mobile heroes I used to easily deal with are laughing in my face whenever I hook them before using any of their CDs and getting away.

What I want to know is, if dealing with those mobile characters is not his niche now, then what is ? Because of the kills I have gotten it feels less like a consequence of skill on my part and more like a mistake on my enemy, like hooking a squishy at 70% or so health that didn't get heals fast enough from his team nor took cover until he got healed.

Do I brawl now ? What do I do ? And why should I pick him over any of the other tanks that are better at getting into the enemy face ? Because of the new kit right now hook feels like the worse part of him now.

I am aware I am more than likely the problem, but hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction

Both Steam and my OS are on the same SSD and whenever I have to update a game my PC slows down so much that it becomes almost unusable, to the point I need to find something else to do during the (quite large) time it takes my ssd to write the new contents. This PC is a personal project of mine that I built around 10 years or more ago, and of which I updated different parts as needed, so it wouldn't be surprising if the issues stem from that.

My toaster specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3 GHz Quad-Core Processor

Motherboard: Asus Maximus V Gene Micro ATX LGA1155

SSD: Crucial BX500 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Graphics Card: Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 550 - 512 4 GB Video Card

RAM : 8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 668MHz (Can't remember the brand name right now, will update later)

I don't feel like going through the hurdles of building a new PC, so I would rather keep using this one since it satisfies it purposes just fine, but I will get whatever might be needed as long as it fixes the issue.

One thing I was thinking of is getting a faster SSD and using that one for my Steam games and installation and keeping my current one for my non gaming needs, would that help ?

As the title says, my Lamy Safari refuses to work with any nib finer than the medium ones. At first I thought it was an issue with my left handed nibs, but after purchasing a second one, and now trying a fine nib and realizing it doesn't write with that one either, I think it is an issue with my pen. I tried washing the writing half of it with water and a bit of soap but it hasn't worked so far, any suggestions of what else I could try or I did I get screwed over ?

I would rather not purchase a new one since they are pretty expensive where I live (around $80 dollars which is a expensive sum in my country) so I am open to ideas to get it to work. In the case that turns out to be impossible, do you think the lx would have the same issues or is the build quality a bit better ? It is more expensive, but I would buy it if it guarantees fewer issues along the line.

EDIT: Alright, an update. One of the comments mentioned using a wet ink, and while I am using the official Lamy cartridge, this got me thinking what would happen if I left the inside of the pen just a little bit wet after cleaning. So that's what I did, and what I got from it was that the LH and Fine nibs could write a bit, the ink came out watery but at least it wrote something. At the time of writing, an hour or so after that, the pen refuses to write again with those nibs and I can only get ink out using the medium sized nibs again. So this got me thinking that something in the pen is clogging the flow of ink when the ink becomes thicker than water ? Not sure how the pen works, I would love to see an schematic or something to work out which part of it could be causing issues. Any ideas ?

For those unaware, Kwiziq is a website for French/Spanish learners to practice their target languages grammar. You are given each day a bunch of lessons to learn, and as you respond to their activities the website gives you new topics to learn based on how well you do and on what suspects you might need more practice. While I was studying French I found it an amazing tool,specially considering that their short lessons format with small tests worked amazing to keep my ADHD at bay.

While my Portuguese is pretty decent and I have not a lot of problems engaging with natives on the web and even in real life, I would like to engage with the language in a more complex manner. Things like slang or literature I can defend myself, but I am left scratching my head sometimes and I would like something to help me fill the gaps in knowledge I might have.

Has anyone found something similar they would like to recommend ?

I was on my computer playing a game and didn't notice that he was chewing a cord that went to an electric heater I had on my room. I only noticed because of the cord burning smell. As soon as I noticed I took him to emergencies but they couldn't save him. I will never forget the sounds my devastated father made when he saw him.

He was 4 months old and always tried to chew whatever he found lying on the ground or in close proximity to it. Why didn't I notice sooner that he was chewing that cord, why the fuck didn't I place it in a place where he couldn't reach it, why was I so engrossed in a fucking overwatch game instead of paying attention to him. I am a murderer, a worthless piece of shit that doesn't deserve anything good in life.

I am writing this because the same grief stricken father that asked me in tears why didn't I pay attention to him tried to convince me that it wasn't my fault because it could have happened to anyone, but I know the truth. I know that this could have been prevented and I know that it's my fault.

He was my baby, he slept with me, was taken to the vet by me, went on walks and played with me. I loved him and yet I couldn't even find the fucking time to pay him attention for a damn minute. I don't deserve to keep on going, because what worth do I have when I can't even fucking take care of beings that I love dearly ????

I don't know why I am posting this or if I even should, not sure how are dog murderers received in this community, if this affects any of you in any way, I am very sorry.
