Low Cal Dessert Pizza

NGL, this one took a little more effort, but it was absolutely worth it.

White Chocolate Apple Crumble dessert pizza.

Crust
130g NFGY
96g self rising flour
1 tsp cinnamon
(Mix to form dough ball, lightly knead and spread into a 8-10” circle; bake at 400 for 12-15 min, flip after 10)

Sauce
1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
2 servings zero cal brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Toppings
1 serving Lily’s no sugar added white chocolate chips
1 serving no sugar added apple pie filling (chop and strain, mix with cinnamon, microwave 30 seconds)

Crumble
15g oat flour
20g rolled oats
1/2 serving sugar free maple syrup
1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp light butter
85g zero sugar apple pie filling
1 tsp cinnamon
(Mix together and air fry or bake until crunchy/crispy)

Drizzle
8g Vanilla whey
2 servings zero cal powdered sugar
1/2 serving maple syrup
15g premier protein shake vanilla or cinnamon roll

Not for me, surprisingly.

I’ve actually avoided these warhead flavors because I didn’t think I’d like them. I was right. 6.4/10
Too tart, too artificial candy tasting for me. Too each their own, though!

Protein Brownie Experiment

This one was low effort and absolutely worth it. Some simple swaps from the standard box mix and boom. Protein brownies. Of course, ice cream. Skinny Mix sugar free zero cal syrup drizzle.

Ingredients:
Duncan Hines Keto Friendly Brownie Mix
1 egg
1 serving egg whites
1 scoop whey protein (I used @musclesportUSA protella)
1/3 cup water
6tbsp light butter

Bake at 350° for 20-22 min (9”x9”)

Macros:
Whole Batch - 1,835cal | 84.5F | 26.5C | 71P

If you cut it into 9 equal brownies:
Per Brownie - 204cal | 9.5F | 3C | 8P
With fudge bar - 254 cal | 12.5F | 6C | 9P

1 scoop protein powder (I used PB Chocolate from MuscleSportUSA)

Looking for suggestions on different ones that are just must try flavors from different brands. My go to brands are below but I tend to stick to the ones I know I like and rarely venture out.

BMFs at HD

FYI for the BR plant people- Home Depot stores around us have some nice finds in right now. Denham HD has several BMF’s left with fenestrations.
