
Low Cal Dessert Pizza
NGL, this one took a little more effort, but it was absolutely worth it.
White Chocolate Apple Crumble dessert pizza.
Crust
130g NFGY
96g self rising flour
1 tsp cinnamon
(Mix to form dough ball, lightly knead and spread into a 8-10” circle; bake at 400 for 12-15 min, flip after 10)
Sauce
1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
2 servings zero cal brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Toppings
1 serving Lily’s no sugar added white chocolate chips
1 serving no sugar added apple pie filling (chop and strain, mix with cinnamon, microwave 30 seconds)
Crumble
15g oat flour
20g rolled oats
1/2 serving sugar free maple syrup
1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp light butter
85g zero sugar apple pie filling
1 tsp cinnamon
(Mix together and air fry or bake until crunchy/crispy)
Drizzle
8g Vanilla whey
2 servings zero cal powdered sugar
1/2 serving maple syrup
15g premier protein shake vanilla or cinnamon roll
