Man I miss these two so much. I remember in the 90s you could get the Sam’s choice for 25 cents out of the machine when you walked in. Lost Publix root beer around Covid.

Does Clovis sound different this time around? Or is it me?
I listened to it when it originally dropped and called my cousin and said it reminded me of “campfire songs”. Like kind of really acoustic old timey western. I really loved it . Listened probably 10 times in a row at work.this release which I still love just sounds completely different. Or I just have a different opinion. Maybe so much time has lapsed and it’s in my head. Like more production, more guitars and drums, more “official “. Can’t put my finger on it. Love it still.

Throwing out stuff and Just found this letter I had gotten for a meet and greet dated 3/4/2004. Pretty sure this was when davey had throat surgery and cancelled the rest of the tour. I’ve met them many times since the mid 90s. Thought I’d share.

Got this about 25 years ago from the diver. Have a COA. He called it a “clump”.
I wrapped it in gold after I got it. Never had a necklace big enough to hold it over the years. So it’s never been worn. It is sentimental.
