Whenever

Idk if this has already been discussed in this thread, I just started watching The Valley after finishing my second rewatch of VPR because I can’t get enoughhh. Anyways, does it make anyone else irrationally angry at how much Brittany says “whenever” when she should actually be saying “when” like 96% of the time. Everytime she uses it incorrectly I have to close my eyes and breathe lowkey.

Fish oil reversed my cracked skin

I’ve been taking the Webber Naturals 1000mg fish oil caps for a few weeks now and they have practically cured my extremely dry feet and hands. The heels of my feet were constantly cracked and DRY, like white ash dry. Moisturizers never fully healed them and they still always felt dry just masked. But within honestly even a few days of using the supplements I noticed a difference in the hydration and suppleness of both my hands and feet. They are actually moisturized from the inside out and I don’t even need to put moisturizer on for my feet to look presentable now. I’m shook! I can rub my feet together without feeling like I’m starting a fire lol. Just wanted to share my experience in case someone was looking for solutions to the same issue, it worked for me! I take two capsules a day (one in the am and one in the pm.)

[Routine help] caveman skincare method experience

Hi all, I’m just looking to get more insight and individual experiences from anyone that has gone through with the caveman skincare method which is using no products whatsoever, not even water in instances too. I’d love to hear how it worked for you and what areas you saw improvement on? I don’t have acne really but I’m dealing with a weak barrier currently and all products I’ve tried have irritated my skin and caused burning. Even a product as simple as the cera ve ceramide and hyaluronic moisturizer. I had a really bad flare up about a month ago that left my skin extremely weak and it’s slowly building back up but I feel like products are slowing the progress.

I just want my skin tone to look normal and even again and not so pale, I want my skin to feel thicker and more supple/hydrated again. So for anyone that has successfully done the caveman method and are even still doing it, did the method also improve these areas as well? Did your skin barrier look more healthy and “thick” ? And how long did it take for you to finally start noticing results from it. I’d preferably only like to hear from people who have stuck with it over a month as well.

Would very much appreciate hearing other people’s experience with this, thank you.

Side effects

Did anyone experience extreme paleness in their skin, for me it’s specifically on my face (which is where my condition is localized.) and if you did did it eventually subside? I haven’t heard of this being a side effect but I look so sickly pale and hoping this is just temporary as it started 7 days ago when I upped my dose.

Physical traits of mixed race with black mom/white dad vs black dad/white mom

I’ve been noticing some physical patterns when it comes to the type of mix someone is, specifically talking about being mixed with black and white. And I just want to know if anyone else has noticed this as well. A lot of the time when I come across a person who is mixed with a white mom and black dad for example, I find that a lot of the time they usually have a lighter skin complexion (like high yellow) and more Afrocentric features like bigger lips, bigger nose, more type 4 hair. But for mixed race people with a black mom and white dad they usually have a darker/more tan complexion with more Eurocentric features like smaller lips, smaller nose and a looser texture like type 3. Obviously that’s not the case for all but I’ve noticed it enough that I wonder what the science may be behind that, and also wondering if anyone else has noticed it, and if not, see if you now do after reading this haha. I know this is really irrelevant in the grand scheme of things but just something I wanted to share that I’ve noticed.
