Bloating-> pregnant look

Hey everyone I wanted to ask if anyone had this side effect go away over time? I used to be on Buspar but now got on Exxua (basically extended release Buspar). I am struggling with the bloating and abdominal pressure. I been taking GasX which helps the level go down a bit. When I take Laxatives like MagO7 I finally feel not bloated… only problem is that it won’t last forever. I immediately get bloated again. Buspar/Exxua has been a lifesaver for my anxiety and mental health! Plus no sexual side effects but the bloating and feeling of being backed up sucks!!

Does it get better? Any recommendations on what to do. Etc

Constipation/bloating

I have tried Buspar in the past and had the same issue. I am debating on stopping Exxua since I had to go to ER to get stool burden out. It has really helped my mental health but I cant handle the constipation. I tried many laxatives every day.

Anyone else deal with GI problems? Exxua is still a new drug but a lot of people in the Buspar community have this issue.

Stool burden…. Even with daily bowl movements

I had a CT and Xray done of my abdominal area. The CT said: large colorectal stool burden. While the xray a month later said: No gas-filled dilated loops of small bowel to suggest obstruction. Stool is seen throughout the colon from the cecum to the rectum with a large rectal stool ball

Symptoms: constantly bloated, abdominal pain, and pressure on my bladder(needing to pee). I have tried many laxatives and the best one would be MagO7 but seriously cant take that every day. Everyday I have a bowl movement (a lot comes out fine) and feel fine but I am still bloated and in pain still. I have no urge to poop till I feel it in my rectum.

I eat a lot of fiber naturally and avoid fiber supplements since that makes everything worse. I exercise daily and drink lots of water. M29 6 foot 168lb.

I have a specialist appointment in 3 months… and I cant handle the pregnant look and pain anymore. The urge to pee is so annoying! (Yes saw a urologist and I tested everything).

Is there a medication that would help to push out all this stool? Im at my limit here.

I have been on 36.3mg of Exxua and its been a life saver! I finally sleep better, have more energy, happier, music sounds better, and not an anxious mess!

I don’t know what normal feels like since I been depressed and anxious all my life…. Do I need an increase?

I noticed after a week of 36.3mg I noticed my honeymoon phase of pure bliss went away. Music doesn’t sound as amazing as when I started. I am still doing well but I notice I still get anxious when I think about certain topics and sad as well. I still wake up with brain racing at night if I have something next day like work or exciting.

Also ask me anything since Exxua basically just came out.

I been struggling with this for years and today something clicked! In the past once in a blue moon I get fully firmed stool and its so easy to have a bm. Also its so easy to clean up afterwards! But sadly most of the time its soft and thin which takes more effort to have a bm and it burns! I also got an internal hemorrhoid due to a flare up.

I been taking 3 grams of psyllium husk daily now which helps the soft stool constipation(?). Now the question is how the heck do I get 100% fully firmed hard stool? Do I just take more psyllium husk?
