How's everybody feeling?
Not seeing allot of posts these days. So we're all just waiting patiently right? Anybody care to offer any updates on price movement? When Cam I expect my losses to shrink?

I'm looking for a recommendation where I can find what I'm told are "Chinese-American style" Pan fried noodles. I had posted a question elsewhere searching for what I remembered as the lo mein of my youth, where the noodles were thinner and browned, not the wet spaghetti you see everywhere now.
I remember as a 3yo those commercials had me"I love you sweet pickles", even though I wasn't really into books at that age and wasn't really sure what it was, I just wanted those characters rolling up to my house the way they did in the commercial
I remember the lo mein of my childhood very different than what I'm able to find today and I'm not sure why/what. I recall the noodles being #1 thinner, #2 being browned or caramelized. Not the wet spaghetti commonly found now a days. Can somebody explain to me the difference? I'm presuming the type of noodle used? Can someone give me a recommendation where I can go in NYC to get this genuine article. Thanks in advance.
The other night I watched on the map my driver do the first delivery(somewhere between my house and the restaurant) then go the opposite direction, past the restaurant(opposite direction of my house) and then proceed to drive up and down the block for 40 minutes. Needless to say, after jumping through the obligatory AI service bot, I got an actual rep to cancel the order. It is quite insulting. Similar incidents happened before where they just keep adjusting the estimated delivery time while the driver does. God knows what. Where do they go? What type of penalty system is there when the drivers are doing stuff other than delivering food?
