Is it time to go?

Been here almost a year. Im about to be 17 later this month and its only gotten worse and worse. First few months it was great. Then in May this dude gets our ARL fired, now he wasnt great but he did what we needed. He made schedules. I got great hours. summer started and he had me at 35 weekly. then our rl starts making schedules cus arl is gone, and bro has me getting around 20, less than i got when school was around. and they just dont stop hiring. all my canes vets are gone now bro and its so sad only me and a couple friends are all thats left we got our new arl and now we cant drop bird the same to limit waste. no more cook to flow. its cook to order. as you can imagine our times end up terrible. i became a ct last month and im getting 21 hours a week. wtf? and all these new hires even people who’ve been here 4 or so months are all garbage and it just makes me so mad that half of them get better hours than me. almost all summer i spoke with rl about fixing my hours and no changes were made at all. i just gave up. they train managers at my location and this morning one of them was on LETTUCE FOR AN HOUR. not to mention most days i work im plopped on bird because no one else can do it. all the managers know i hate bird as i’ve expressed it to everybody.
