Replacement headband for Ananda Nano?

I am trialing some of the different eggshaped Hifiman headphones, and am really liking the Ananda Nanos for the price, however the only real complaint I have is they cause me jaw pain. I notice they sit a bit lower than the Aryas and HEK, even on their lowest headband setting. I am playing around with adding some more padding to the strap to effectively raise them up, and that helps, but I can't help but think if I could just swap out the entire headband with the style used on the Aryas or HEK, then I'd be set. Is there no way to get this new headband by itself? I don't see it on Hifiman's webpage. If I could just get my hands on a pair of broken cans to salvage the headband...

Other ideas to make the Nano more comfortable are also appreciated.

Inserting SIM card will factory reset phone?

Someone I know, let's call them a friend of mine, went through the whole setup of their new S25 Ultra phone before inserting their Warp SIM card for the first time. Long story why, not the point. Now the concern is, we've seen reports across various forums that a Samsung phone will perform a factory reset upon first insertion of a SIM card. Has anyone been through this before, and can confirm? Is there any way to avoid doing this, so they don't have to go through the whole setup process again?

Need some help getting phone unlocked

I just bought a brand new, factory sealed AT&T version phone from a private seller. I want to carrier unlock the phone. I put in a request on the AT&T site to do this (https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/) however when I do this, the request is denied. Here is what I get on the status page, after the denial:

We can’t unlock your device because it’s no longer active on an AT&T account. Resubmit your request and select No when asked, ”Do you have a mobile number from AT&T?”.

That's exactly what I did. I tried it again, same thing. I tried the second IMEI, same thing.

What is the solution here? Has anyone any experience with getting a new phone unlocked? It otherwise seemingly meets all of the criteria on their other page, so seems like the system is stuck in some sort of loop.

Edit: after contacting the seller, he said that he won it at an event, and didn't purchase it. Therefore it may seem like it may ineligible for unlock per the requirements, however again the AT&T said it was eligible for unlock when I called them? He was also told that it was able to be used with any network when they gave it to him, even though it clearly is an AT&T phone as it has their logo on the back. Is it possible it's a carrier unlocked, AT&T phone? I didn't know such a thing existed, but maybe they can do something special like this when doing giveaways or whatnot.

Can't get subtitles to work properly w/ Roku Media Player

I've spent too many hours looking at different posts, experimenting, and ultimately failing at what I would think should be something relatively simple and straightforward. I recognize the sentiment is that the general RMP is not very good, but still I have to believe this is possible.

All I'm trying to do is get my movie to have subtitles that work properly (by that I mean I can turn them on or off as desired via the "closed captions" settings in RMP playback, similar to other shows.) I have an MKV that was having audio issues with one of the tracks, so first thing I had to do was convert in Handbrake using the 'Roku 1080p30 Surround' preset, which fixed my audio not working. However having tried all sorts of different configurations with the subtitles, the only thing that "works" (if you can call it that) is to burn them in so they're always on, otherwise they're always off and RMP can't seem to find them.

Based on other ideas I've read about through various forums and whatnot, I've made sure 'forced' and 'default' were unselected on all options and remuxing, that didn't work. I've tried extracting the subtitles via gMKVExtractGUI and then converting to a .srt file, then attaching in Handbrake during the conversion process, that didn't work either.

Does anyone have a guide or advice for how to get this to work? This shouldn't be this complicated.
