My husband and I have noticed that the last few Saturdays, some restaurants downtown have been surprisingly empty—even on what should be busy nights like Fridays and Saturdays. Has anyone else noticed this?
We were at Bar Camino on Saturday after Oktoberfest, and it wasn’t busy at all. We just left La Fontaine, and it was completely empty.
What’s going on with some of the downtown Walnut Creek restaurants?! Is anyone else seeing this, or have there been changes in foot traffic lately?

My husband and I, both 38, have been trying to conceive for three years. We're following all the recommended methods, including timed intercourse and IUI, and we're planning to start IVF in September.

My question might seem silly, but what should I be doing in the meantime? I feel like I can't fully enjoy life because I'm constantly waiting, holding my breath, and feeling stuck in a cloud of depression. I also feel guilty about going out and just enjoying myself. I wonder if I should just try to live my life fully despite everything. This situation is incredibly frustrating. No judgment, but I’d appreciate any support.
