Why didn't Dexter felt any guilt after killing liddy?

Dexter have moral of not killing innocent people then why did he killed Liddy. I mean sure there was no other way but they didn't even show any remorse towards killing a innocent man. I don't get it

I am done with this books

I was reading this book and only 20 or less pages are left to complete it but I genuinely dont even know what I am reading. I mean I highlighted few meaningful words but genuinely I feel like giving up. Same thing happened to me with the metamorphosis by franz kafka I didn't even complete the book half and left it.

I guess this type of philosophical books ain't for me I should have focused on astronomy or human brain anatomy.

What do you say?

Extracted calcium from egg shells

I mixed crushed egg shells with vinegar coz it's more usable by soil than just egg shells. Final result looks like this. I thought it would be more whiter than this.

Anyone here who did this too? I want to know if I made any mistakes here bcz i def didn't know ratio of egg shells and vinegar. I just added more when I saw undissolved white particles. Even after filtering it I still see particles on the bed.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!!

How to keep Rainwater clean?

So I was wondering what if I just collect rainwater in a bucket and pour it in the big water tank that's literally doing nothing but just taking space on top of my house. If I continue to collect water in it would I be clean? Like ofc I will cover it but what about microorganisms, would they grow and dirty the whole water?

I am doing this Outta curiosity, i really wanna see what will happen. Not wasting a single day in this rainy season. Pls share you opinion

What's wrong with this rubber plant?

For 2 weeks I placed this plant from 2 hour sunlight spot to no sunlight or inside my home. It was all good but I saw some drooling and I decided to give it sunlight only to find it more drooled than before and even black patch on the leaves which I think is sunburn. What's should I do? I really love this plant.

The soil stays wet for more than a week when this was inside. I watered it even tho soil was wet and places it in a bright shade spot.

I purchased juniper and She-oak (casuarina) plant and repotted them with better soil mix with minor root lose. The thing is that they are dying now. I put them in bright shade after repotting but they are still dying.

It generally goes well but I think repotting in summer was a mistake. Its 45° max here. Is it bad decision to buy a plant in this season? Should I wait for monsoon
