Does anyone work at Accenture/know the grades and levels?

I've been approached by a recruiter and they mentioned Associate Manager grade in London (strategy consulting).

From what I remember Accenture had a diffeerent grading system to big 4 and there wasn't an associate manager grade, has this changed?

31M - Being the only single guy left, experienced my first weekend ever no one is free to do anything

And God does it SUCK.

half the guys have kids so don't go out regularly, but 4 others don't (they are married) and understandbly all were busy, but now this means I've got no one to jump out with.

I'm worried my social life will die FAST if this trend continues (it will obviously), how do you guys deal with it, did you deal with it?

Can me and my sister forgo inheritance from my dad's Will so that our mother can inherit it all as his legal wife?

This might sound dodgy but essentially my dad's will has a split for all of us, naturally from an inheritance tax perspective, my sister and I are wondering can we 'forgo' the inheritance so our mother inheritance everything and then gifts it to us (of course based purely on trust that this will happen).

Is this allowed/possible?

When will South East UK Property ever 'boom' again?

Given it's been essentially a 10 year rut, and in particular flats having a nightmare, at what point does the market turn around?

I'm seeing leasehold flats worth £350k now with rents at £2.2k a month...

Surely at some point the market has to price houses back up in the next 5-10 years?

Best Jo Malone candle to buy for someone you don't really know well?

I know candles are very personalised in terms of what someone might like, but what would be the most 'neutral' / liked among the majority that I can buy?

I've found the reviews pretty hopeless on the site.

Any other late 20s/early 30s people slightly resentful of their parents for not having a retirement sorted?

I don't think I'm the only one, and it may be specific to being a second gen immigrant - but essentially the older I've gotten it's become clear to me that my parents (both in their late 50s) never once thought or cared about how they'd fund life in their later years. They bought a house but that's it, they both earned super low their whole life, my dad tried to 'game' the system (e.g. rollover debt etc.) his whole life and now most of the things any 'employed' person would get in their later years like a state pension, benefits, etc.

It's now dawned on me they'll basically have no income in their retirement years, both relatively bad health, and obviously as their child I'm not going to let them starve to death so I'll have to foot the bill which means I'm losing out on the ability to invest everything I save because I've got their additional expense.

Added to the fact I'm very aware of everyone I know having relatively sensible parents that had some retirement plan plus asset which they'll inherit. It's just pretty melancholic.

(5'5) I always knew I was short, thought I'd gotten useto it I'm actually 'insecure' about meeting someone work related due to my height lol

Normally I wouldn't care, but there's someone I've grown to like who I've never met in person.

I wanted to meet them but It's actually given me a level of existential dread about the fact she might be taller than me

5'5 (genuine 167cm with no shoes or socks...)

How'd you guys deal with this.

Are the ETF prices on T212 different to JUSTETF or Investine Engine?

The fund I want isn't on either IE or JETF, so wondering if there'd be any problem with using T212 because they might have a bigger spread or something?
