Need advice

Critique my essay as strictly as you all can:

Justice delayed is justice denied:
The justice system faces a cruel paradox, if I moves to slowly it can create further issues but if it move too quickly justice can become injustice itself. So when contemplating the idea that “justice delayed is justice denied” it is rather diffficult to navigate it as a person waiting to be vindicated it’s a rather tedious process to go through, alternatively moving in haste can also be rather damaging on the account of not doing enough investigation. So often the discussion of justice creates an impasse due to the inherently subjective nature of what is deemed as fair. So ultimately, obtaining justice and its fundamentals are a rather complicated procedure.
So, when justice is delayed it can creates a range of concerns within a person. A major factor is when  the longevity of obtaining justice persists it can cause a lot of mental distress within a person due to several factors such as uncertainty in the fact that they may not be vindicated and constantly reliving the experience and being unable to move past it. Similarly, the failure of justice can also create a more extensive distrust towards the systems, for example if a person were to search for help and were met with a lack thereof from institutions where the believe they can find help such as the government tor the police, they will lose hope and it will ultimately latch onto others that it’s the same for them. One of the most infamous instance of this is the Nirbhaya case where a young medical student was brutally gang-raped and it took seven years for the trial to come to a conclusion. Now this prolonged wait increased the victims trauma and furthermore left all the other victims around the country dejected as such a traumatic and psychologically distressing case is not one of importance. This leads to people not believing in institutions such as the government or police, taking matters in their own hands. Now this creates a domino effect as if criminals aren’t punished properly this will lead others to believe they wont be to creating further mayhem in society.
However, acquiring justice is not a minor task, it is a rather lengthy process that involves a lot of procedures such as analysing each and every details, contacting those that may have information and coming up with conclusions. When trying to gain a person justice is essential that the findings and evidence are truthful and accurate because when a person is accused of a crime they are harshly judged even before coming to a conclusion. This is due to the fact that public opinion is a significant factor even before any actual evidence, this was made clear bu the Central Park five which were a group of five black boys who were accused of raping a woman solely due to the fact they were black however later other evidence came pout proving the boys too be innocent and therefore convicting them for a crime they did not commit. Now this illustrates rather incredibly well that investigating evidence and sources is a complicated task and should not be rushed through and coming up with a verdict without doing the comprehensive research can be rather damning and life-altering to an idividual.
All in all, justice is a rather complex and double-edged subject matter. But while justice getting delayed can be damaging due to several factors such as mental health, and further feelings of vulnerability, the long process is also effective in aqcuring justice more effectively. Investigations and evidence need to be analysed as closely and detailed as possible to get accurate results. So ultimately while the statement has merit to it, there are arguments against it further portraying the complexity of the universe we inhabit.

Should I listen?

Hi,
I recently got accepted to work at a McDonald’s that is 40 minutes away from where I live and it’s a relatively safer area. I’ve been searching for a job for 18 months and now that I’ve finally got one my brothers making a huge problem out of saying that I can’t work there because it’s going to be a depressing job and I’m going to depress the rest of the family because they’re going to feel bad for me and he’s just been guilt-tripping me over this job. Now this has just been really upsetting me as I have been desperate for a job for ages because I need to save up my college masters fees and it’s been impossible to get a part-time job nowadays where I live and I finally got one.

So can somebody tell me if I should just not t as me the job or is my brother being unreasonable.

Thanks❤️❤️❤️

Section two writing

Hi,
I was wondering if during the essay section when trying to give a factual statement like a statistic or something, does it have to be 100% accurate or can it it be a little of and if I don’t give completely accurate information will it affect my grade.
Thanks

McDonald’s interview

Hiii,
I had a McDonald’s interview exactly 2 weeks ago and the interviewer told me she’d get back to me in a week and it’s been two weeks at this point but she hasn’t replied, is this probably a way of saying that I’m not getting the job.
Thanks
