Before y’all judge, i do not have cheetos hands, i keep my air and its magsafe pack clean and in pristine condition with tempered glass and whatnot
I cant even register this product online as its an accessory, should i contact apple support? I have the unboxing video, invoice of the case and everything

Hi i just bought this battery pack for iphone Air
It came with 30% factory charge, juiced it up to 100% using cable and adapter
My phone was on 3% it was a good time to test it out, slapped the boy on and made the device chonky
Went from 3 to 63% so thats 0 to 60% charge and the pack depleted to 0%
Is this for real? I lost 40% due to wireless transfer? Or do i have a defective unit ? I initially assumed it would charge upto 100% and still have some left on the pack. I guess not
I live in a country where i cant even return it due to buyer remorse
Help me out, is this normal or do i need a replacement of battery pack?
