BYO Free Multi-Agent Operational Harness with an embedded browser.

BYO Free Multi-Agent Operational Harness with an embedded browser.

Hey guys,

I am a student who started off by building this for myself. You see a lot of coding harnesses around (this also performs as one) but none meant more for professionals or students.

So I built Perch, a multi agent coworker with a free built in verifier. The app is completely free to use with BYOK and a free plan, which includes access to top open weight models. You get access to Writing Studio and if you work in finance check out our Financial Forensic Intelligence Section.

It has a built in dual memory system, RAG, MCP access etc. I regularly add features as we get more and more feedback on it. I don't want to drag on here so if people have any questions about how it works or any feedback about features to add, please let me know!

What New Feature would you like to see

Hey guys,

A few weeks ago I posted about Perch AI here and received a lot of positive feedback. Since then we have launched a BYO account and several more features.

What the app currently has:

  1. Dual Memory
  2. Unlimited document parsing and making
  3. Browser Automation
  4. RAG
  5. Multi Agent Setup

If anyone has tried the app and has feedback please let me know!!

I am a student who made an agentic harness tuned to writing

Hey guys,

I am a law student who has been building Perch AI this in my spare time. When I was surfing I realized most apps are tuned to vibe coding or other dev work. I decided to make an app tuned for writing, research and operative work. It’s available in three formats, all completely free.

If you do a lot of document heavy work, Perch Terminal (Desktop/CLI) for you as it can seamlessly read through 100s of pdfs without blinking.

Genuinely curious if people notice a difference compared to normal AI writing. If not what would you like to see being added.

Running a fine tuned Qwen3.6-35B-A3B(M4Max) on a multi-agent harness.

Hey guys,

I initially started off by making a harness for myself for school tuned more to writing and then ended up completely fleshing it out. This is the CLI version of it.

I initially ran cloud models on it but wanted to try my own inference so I tried a few smaller open weights models like Qwen 27b, Gemma 4. I really liked Qwen3.6 especially cause it’s multimodal, but it was awful at spawning and controlling multiple agents and subsequent tool calls without looping.

So I fine tuned it to my harness and now you can see it orchestrate multiple agents and designing a HTML in dark&light mode with one prompt. If people are interested in trying it out they can do it on our site or using the cli “npm install -g perchai-cli, currently you can only use my hosted models(completely free), im trying to figure out how to make it BYOM but I am solo and it’s gonna take a bit to flesh it out.

Other models I am looking to train:

  1. Glm flash

  2. Gemma 4 31b

  3. Kimi 2.6(more of an ambitious long term plan)

Any feedback is appreciated, even on training tips or hardware im running a M4 Mac Studio, thanks!!

I got tired of dealing with invoices and POs at my internship so I made a multi agent desktop app to do it for me

Hey everyone,
I'm not a marketer, just a law student who has been interning at a firm. I realized that a lot of AI tools are useless for finance because you can't upload sensitive client ledgers to OpenAI, and chatbots hallucinate numbers.
So I built a desktop app that runs entirely locally. Instead of a standard chatbot, it uses strict JSON contracts to chain together 6 different "agents" (a Cost Analyst, a Vendor Risk Assessor, etc.).
In the video, I just point it at a messy folder of CSVs and invoices, and ask it to find cost anomalies. It actually reads the files, does the math, and finds duplicate payments instantly.
The UI is a little janky right now (still working on it), but the engine works. I have no idea if this is actually useful in the real world or if I just built an overly complicated toy.
Would love your brutal feedback. If anyone wants to try breaking it on some sanitized test data, let me know and I'll send you a key.
