Im trying to create a groupme account and when i try signing in with my phone number it says "Please enter a valid phone number" and it says the same thing when i try signing in with apple, google, and microsoft. I've also tried on the website but it just says "something went wrong".

I have a 180hz monitor and yes I know i wouldn't even be able to see any fps higher than 180 but its just the feeling of my pc no performing how it used to.
I have a 9800x3d and a 5070.
I get average temps around 50 degrees Celsius
I dont have vsync on
it happened around a month ago whenever i lowered my graphic settings and now i cant get it back to 1000+ fps
My gpu drivers arent the problem
I used afterburner to see what was going on and it said everything was normal except for my gpu usage which was at 90% but i dont understand how that would work because that would mean it was able to run 1000+ fps at 90% usage but now it cant
I figured It might be a siege problem but who knows
