Has anyone encountered the On-Ground Credit Card Acquisition Program in Maya Missions?
It asks me to enter a unique code before applying for the Maya Black or Landers Credit Card. Where do I get this code? Is it only from Maya booths/promoters, or is there another way to obtain it?

I wanted to share my experience and see if anyone has gone through the same situation.
Earlier this year, I had a Maya Black Express Credit Card (secured). I deposited ₱12,500, which gave me a ₱10,000 credit limit. I voluntarily cancelled it in February 2026 because I needed access to my security deposit. My account was in good standing, and I didn't have any missed payments.
A month later, I was approved for the Maya Landers Credit Card with a ₱10,000 limit.
Recently, I was also approved for a UnionBank Rewards Visa Platinum with a ₱30,000 credit limit, which is now my primary credit card. I also have an Atome Card that started with a ₱2,000 limit back in 2024 and has since grown to over ₱60,000. I also completed a Home Credit loan without any late payments.
Despite this, every time I try to apply for the standard Maya Black Credit Card, I immediately get the message:
«"We can't issue a card right now."»
I contacted Maya Support, but they only told me that approval depends on eligibility and didn't explain whether my previous cancellation affects my ability to reapply or if there's a waiting period.
Has anyone here cancelled their Maya Black Express and later been approved for the standard Maya Black Credit Card?
- How long did you wait before becoming eligible again?
- Did you have to do anything specific to become eligible?
- Was the "We can't issue a card right now" message eventually removed?

Hii. I have been applying sa unionbank sa website since last month and hanggang ngayon wala pa rin update nor call or email regarding sa status ko sa application. I saw this on their website. What should I do?
