Since they’re banning all ebikes and scooters soon, I started looking for a replacement and it seems like vilos might stay.

I tried the regular bike and the experience kind off sucks. The price is amazing, you can get around literally for free, but i feel like this kind of bikes are quite hart to ride on in Brussels.

My question is to regular users with Ebike version. How would you compare it with Dott/Bolt and what advantages disadvantages does it have, since you have to rent the whole battery and carry it with you. Thanks

1. Where are the best places to look for such housing? Could you recommend any reliable websites, local groups, student organizations, or platforms?
2. Does anyone have any available offers that meet these criteria (a room/kot with domiciliation)? I would be very grateful for any direct contacts of landlords.
3. How does the registration process look from a financial perspective? Is there any additional taxation for registering one's residence, either for the landlord or the tenant? How does this process work regarding costs, and what fees or taxes should I expect?
